- All ordered are carefully packaged and shipped with insurance and tracking. A signature will be required on delivery.
- All orders are shipped from the UK so import duties or taxes may apply to purchases from outside of the EU. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If the item is returned to us, we will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.
Your T watch is covered by a 2 year guarantee running from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in the case and the movement (excluded are battery, crystal and watchband). This guarantee is valid provided the guarantee card is correctly and fully completed. Product in conformity with CE-REGULATIONS 89/336 & GUIDELINES EN 50081-1 AND EN 50082-1 (JAN 1992) regarding electromagnetic compatibility.
Servicing & Repairs
Every T watch has been constructed to the highest standards and is built to last . Your watch however would benefit from a regular service and proper care. We would recommend a service every 5 years. If you would like your watch to be serviced or need a repair then please email us on email@example.com for further details.
Before returning an item to us you first need us to issue you an RMA number using the form below. We will email you back within 2 working days. Please mark the RMA number clearly on the package before shipping to us.
The deadline to return your order is 14 days from the date you received the shipment.
All items (watch/strap/box/papers) need to be returned in new unworn condition, in their original packaging (including protective film/cover).
